We tested a lot of budget-friendly tees that missed the mark- scratchy fabrics, awkward fits, and fabrics that just felt cheap. While a few surprised us, the District Perfect Blend CVC Tee stood out across the board. The 60/40 blend impressed us with its softer hand feel, nicer drape, and overall more elevated look and feel. Sure, there are cheaper tees out there, but this one hits the sweet spot: affordable enough for larger programs, yet comfortable, flattering, and retail-inspired enough that we’d genuinely want to wear it ourselves.

Getting a hoodie on a budget doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice comfort and style, and we found one that offers both. Boasting an impressive 36 colors, and sizes from XS-4XL the VIT fleece is a little something for everyone. Compared to the other picks that we tested, this held up well to multiple washes and wears. There was some pilling under the arms that started showing after several wash cycles, but very minor compared to other budget picks we tested. Function, fun, and frugal.
