At first glance we thought the splash guard was for infusing tea in the water- apparently a common mistake. It’s actually there to prevent a torrent of liquid from slapping you in the face and dribbling down your chin- and it’s genius! Gone are the days of playing teeter totter with your water, just twist open the top and tilt back. We loved the sleek, minimal design and range of colors (10!). We appreciated the ceramic coating on the inside to preserve pure taste. If we could get nitpicky (and we are) we would love a silent twist off top.
